Need to make a tough decision in life or in business? Feeling overwhelmed by all the options, each with their own long list of pros and cons?

Binstack is a decision-making framework developed by Jason Cohen that will help you cut through the noise. It’s designed to help you avoid incremental thinking and get your true values in order.

Is this the right approach for me?

You should use Binstack if

✅ You need to make a meaningful decision in life or business.

✅ You want to prioritize impact towards some goal.

✅ You want to get your values in order.

✅ The decision is multi-dimensional. You are stuck because each option is better or worse along different dimensions.

✅ You need to be able to clearly explain your decision to yourself or others.

✅ You want to bias for action.

Don’t use Binstack if

❌ You want to make an incremental improvement or maximize efficiency.

❌ You need to prioritize cost or effort over impact.

❌ You have a truly complex problem in front of you (eg. foreign policy, national economics, climate change). Hint: Be honest. Most of your problems are not that complex.
